I’m Helena, and my background is a bit of an odd mix, which, as it happens, turns out to be exactly the right mix. I’m a molecular biologist by training and a diplomat with a sense of humor by habit. With a PhD in life science and 20+ years building partnerships, running operations, and managing stakeholders across international scientific organizations, I’ve learned in practice exactly how complex initiatives move from ambition to execution.

As far as diplomacy goes, I’ve worked in academia, industry, and the non-profit world long enough to know that each has its own culture, priorities, and favorite buzzwords. I help translate, connect, and align people across those worlds so collaborations become productive and long-lasting.

The breadth is the point. I don’t specialize in one slice of the problem; I have navigated the full stack, from governance and operations to brand development and collaborative readiness.
